Following research which identified the challenges teachers and schools face when requesting food for their students in need, we rethought the ordering process to put students at the core of the experience.
With a focus on reducing the cognitive load required to estimate quantities required, we delivered a streamlined process which results in less ordering errors from schools and a much more efficient delivery pipeline for KidsCan,
Following a successful pilot, the portal has now been rolled out to all 700+ participating schools.
